Soooo,I really didnt like the Starter house so I only did the story missions the first hours of the game so when I bought a house and flipped it I moved my office there and SOLD the parents home. Yeah idk what everyone is talking about but I was able to sell the starter house. My game Language is set to german but I think everyone gets it.

Sadikquah Flowers i sold the house before the april first update, which you couldnt see but i only found this website now but i still sould it like 2 - 3 weeks ago which is why i was so confused

Tbh though ability to sell stairs and roofs would allow you to completely knock it down and rebuild

It very much seems like they have given you the house, we should be able to sell it especially when story mode has them living in other houses and you actually decorate their last one. MAKE IT SELLABLE!!!!!!
