I think it would be awesome to have swing beds/ pod beds/ canopy beds/ sunken beds round or sculptural beds

I wish there were more options for table settings, table cloths, place mats, etc like there were in HF1

When building on a lot it would be good to be able to have options of what the pavement area is like outside of the lot. For example putting a driveway in a lot can sometimes look silly because you cant join it to the road of the neighbourhood. Maybe there could be a driveway/ no driveway option so it looks better.

I can make certain doors and walls use smoked or milky or even colored glass, but not most of them. The new Sakura DLC walls letting you color the glass is nice, but also they don't actually fit in with any window and door set besides themselves.

I think it would be a nice idea that when building on empty plots that you can build multiple houses or multiple appartments and they get viewed as such so you can have multiple families move into one plot if that makes sense.

Please add the ability to build balconies in houses. I would love to customize and decorate them with furniture, plants, lights, and railings.

I don't know which country the developers of this game are from, but I know exactly zero countries where garage doors are shorter than 2.4 meters. External doors are also typically around that height, while internal doors are usually closer to 2.1 meters. How, after two House Flipper games, we still don't have access to properly sized, realistic real-life doors is beyond me. Ironically, the vans added in recent updates can't even fit through this game's 2-meter-tall garage doors.

Cyberpunk / Neon District DLC 🌃 I would LOVE to see a cyberpunk-inspired DLC or environment for House Flipper 2! Imagine renovating apartments, lofts, storefronts, and penthouses in a dense futuristic city with a nighttime neon skyline outside the windows. Some ideas: * High-rise apartments and penthouses with huge city-view windows * A nighttime cyberpunk city environment with animated neon signs and traffic * Rainy weather and rain effects on windows * Industrial lofts and converted warehouse apartments * Neon and LED lighting, including customizable light colors * Holographic/futuristic wall decorations and signs * Dark concrete, metal, glass, and futuristic wall/floor finishes * Futuristic kitchens and bathrooms * Cyberpunk-style furniture, clutter, electronics, and plants * Sliding industrial doors and glass partitions * Rooftop apartments and terraces * Futuristic gaming setups and computer equipment * A tiny noodle shop, café, or neon storefront renovation job * Optional ambient city sounds, rain, and traffic House Flipper already makes decorating and renovating incredibly relaxing, and having a darker, atmospheric environment would give players a completely different aesthetic to build in. I would happily spend hours renovating a rainy penthouse at night while neon signs glow outside the windows!! ✨🌃
