Would love to see spiral staircases for smaller spaces and also emergency staircases for appartment buildings.

You have baby stuff, you have some kid stuff (which we can use more of that also) but you really don't have a lot of stuff for teenagers. It would be great to have: 1- teenage focused posters and pictures (some male focused and some female focused). 2- school books 3- jewelry with holders 4- more hair accessories - this one for ALL ages 5- more wallpaper designs focused towards teenagers. 6- standing and wall decor items for teenagers And anything else you can think of that a teenager would like.

It would be incredible to see jobs where the client wants you to build a house from the ground up. and when you finish the house, you get the empty lot to build a house on.

Having the little surprises in HF1 was a joy. The Friends apartment, the Home Alone house, Breaking Bad, but also those in space and the big castle. I love flipping regular houses but it was really fun to have unique options in story mode.

A job where you make a second floor out of a high ceiling room My one room roof apartment has a slanted roof that gives half the room a higher ceiling than 2.5 m/8.2 feet, so I installed a second level/loft that I use as my bedroom Perhaps an apartment job making more room for parents to be or a student wanting more space for a hobby?

I think it would be cool to have a Weather Cycle in HF2 so that it can randomly rain or become windy and maybe we can control it in sandbox mode.

It would be great to be able to place decorative items, shelves, lamps and accessoires not only on walls but also on architectural elements or other furniture. Examples: sometimes there is not enough place for a wall block or you just want a slimmer boundary/element for optics - and than you have the blank "wall". would be great to be able to place a pic, mirror or lamp there! being ablet to put decorations on top of an architectural element in our real bathroom the toilet paper holder is screwed to a small cabinet unter the sink hooks for clothing or towels on wardrobes and kitchen cabinets ...
