I love the Sakura DLC. I was wondering if you would be willing to do other places as well? Scandinavian, Baltijos, Indian, African, etc. I feel as though it would be really cool to see some houses and customs throughout the world. Thank you.

It would be nice to add round corner pool pieces to attach to the main pool tool so we can make custom round pools or other shapes

It would be nice to have plots on a hillside or mountain side or cliffside so that you could build houses on slopes without having to create your own little mountain. This would be nice in both sandbox and story mode. To make it easier in story mode there could be one or more pre-flattened areas. The mountain / hill / cliff could all be on the same island neighbourhood almost like Tracy island from Thunderbirds.

I'd love to see some bigger TVs, or even working projector screens. The biggest of the current three TVs is still quite small, so it looks super out of place in a massive living room of a mansion! Lol

There are so many kinds of houses with dormer windows and it is very difficult to make them with the current roof mechanics. Maybe having a separate object that slotted into the roof to create a dormer instead of having to make it from scratch would be nice.

I've seen people do really cool things with transparent items somehow over laid on a window to look like leaded glass and it was so awesome. I think having this as a feature would be really cool. If made it like the custom paintings I think that would make sense, or possibly just several leaded/stained glass patterns to choose from.

More items and buyers for businesses such as hair salons, spas, doctors, dentists, restaurants, veterinarians, corner stores, etc. With more professional items and things for offices like snack machines, water coolers, credit card scanners, reception desks, filing cabinets, office printers, paper shredders, and things like frosted window glass options.

The amount of anti-homeless content (squatters wrecked my beautiful suburban home!!!!!! etc.) on mod.io is particularly disheartening. I know the topic of the game (property development) doesn't help that but I think a job where you fix someone's house or build a house for free would be a good way to curb those sentiments. This probably doesn't need to be said, but homeless people are PEOPLE like you and me, not ambient trash generators or human tornadoes. I'd love a job where you genuinely get to help someone and change their life with your work. LMK if you agree!

With all the resizable house options we currently have I believe adding Gutters that autosnap to roof lines would be easy to add. House Flipper 1 had gutters, why wasn’t gutters included day one with HF2

Just like the title says, solar light caps that can snap onto fence posts, and other solar lights that automatically turn on and off during the day/night cycle
