It would be nice to be able to add curved staircases or even circular steps in a house. There are some big houses now and the entrances can be made more elegant if the staircases curved some.

The ability to change pattern overlay, on any material texture, on any item. As well as being able to use the colour wheel on any material and and item. Would also love to see more materials and more pattern overlays.

All the floor lamps are half height, which makes them fairly useless or I have to put them on a side table. I'd love them taller. Or just resizeable

I would like more wood options and the ability to have multi colored wood flooring like in modern rustic houses

Would absolutely LOVE more antique, neo-classical and rococo styled furnitures and items, particularly chairs and couches.

I'd love a grass roof option, like traditional Scandinavian buildings and green city developments. Ideally, with a choice of neat grass or wildflowers, like the existing lawns in game.

Please give us a dirt surface finish so we can add flower beds and things to garden areas!!!

It'd be so cool to be able to turn other buildings like abandoned churches and schools into homes. You already did a barn and have done resturants it'd be really cool to be able to have more of these sorts of jobs!

Please make a medieval castle made of stone bricks with towers, traps, dungeon, tunnels, galleries etc.

Dear House Flipper 2 Development Team, I am writing to share a feature suggestion that I believe would greatly enhance customization and realism in House Flipper 2: the addition of more window covering options. While the current selection is useful, expanding it to include a wider variety of blinds and coverings—such as plantation shutters, vertical blinds, roller blinds, Roman shades, sheer curtains, blackout blinds, and layered window treatments—would add significant depth to interior design choices. Plantation blinds in particular would be a welcome addition, as they are a common and highly requested feature in many real-world homes. Having more styles, materials, and color options would allow players to better match window coverings to different architectural styles, room purposes, and buyer preferences. It would also improve immersion, especially for players who enjoy fine details and realistic staging when renovating and selling homes. Thank you for your continued work on House Flipper 2 and for listening to community feedback. I appreciate the opportunity to share this idea and hope it can be considered for a future update or DLC.
