Lake Valley (Inspired by Lake Hollywood): A residential area on the hills, with residences along the drives on the hills, some are built on flat ground, some are built on the hillside, others are stilt houses, some cars parked on roadside, some trees and bushes around the empty spaces. For the houses built on the cliff, you can see the lake and other residences outside below, from the balconies or rear windows, and there will be some hillside properties sitting along the drives near the cliff's edge, facing the cliff, so you can see lake below in the front, probably. 2 separate suburban areas: Unnamed #1: Located on flat terrain, this neighborhood features a classic American suburban grid layout with straight, perpendicular streets. Unnamed #2: A neighborhood on the highland, with winding, curvy streets and a lakeside park. (Inspired by Echo Park) Pacific Coastal (Malibu, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades and others): You can see many average houses and mansions in these areas. Some houses on flat land along the shoreline, hills and canyon drives, some are Stilt Houses built on hillside, cliffs and bluffs. You can see the ocean view, city view or canyon view from the balcony, or by looking out through the windows and glass walls in the room. You will also take on jobs to renovate some ocean view resorts and rehab centers around the coast and hills. Ocean Front (Santa Monica): Bluff Avenue, a commercial area on the bluff, inspired by the blocks near Palisades Park and Veterans Memorial, along the Ocean Ave), you can see the pier with Rollercoaster and Ferris wheel on (unfortunately it's inaccessible), got some apartments, clubs, hotels or offices along the shoreside, bluffs or hills, you will need to renovate some rooms, or even the whole floor. Beachview, a beachfront residential area, the row residences between the highway (Pacific Coast Hwy) and pedestrian path (Ocean Front Walk) on the beach. Other jobs will need you renovating public facilities, like civic center, library or school.
