More stove top variations, options and designs that include things like hot plates and griddles.

I would love a bit of variety with some niche-style houses to flip, that you don't necessarily see regularly in modern architecture. We already have a couple, like the barn renovation, but I think there could be more. Things like: A true tiny home An RV A shipping container-turned-home An old train-turned-home Double-decker bus-turned-home (Schoolie Life) Treehouse Houseboat Old NYC row housing (where the rooms are in-line with each other) Studio Apartment One-room Schoolhouse (converted to a home) If anyone has other ideas for niche homes, stick them in the comments. Maybe we can give the team at HF2 some good ideas. 🙂

At the moment the styles of the single doors don't match the double doors so using both in a house makes it look odd....

I'd love to see some bigger TVs, or even working projector screens. The biggest of the current three TVs is still quite small, so it looks super out of place in a massive living room of a mansion! Lol

Literally bring all the items from 1 into 2. We don't mind waiting, but the cost of buying the game... it is underwhelming, to say the least. HF1 remastered is where everyone will end up playing if HF2 does not get new DLCs and updates ASAP. Also, one feature I would like to see is the items we specifically build in the assembly minigame - I would like the option to BUY those once built. Otherwise, the discount in the store is not worth all the time I spent building them. Need more incentive if you want the minigames completed by people.

Since end game in story mode comes quite quickly, one ends up buying and flipping the same houses over an over, while keeping the really nice ones as "trophies". As it is not possible to keep a copy of your work, you can either keep the house or sell it. So.. having more big houses that involve far more work would be a nice addition for the collection. Think about that gorgeous mansion (or villa) in Uncharted 4... Ideally, my idea is to make each of the houses a true marvel and then probably proceed to the sandbox mode. That would be the story mode completed for me. P.S. In general more houses = more creative opportunities = more fun!

Would like to see commercial buyers who are interested in purchasing offices, restaurants, shops, etc. Right now, other than Mr. ByLowe, it seems the buyers are not interested without a shower, bed, etc.
