Please add the ability to build balconies in houses. I would love to customize and decorate them with furniture, plants, lights, and railings.

Dw you can. You just use the wall building feature to build outwards instead and then you can put fencing around them.

You can add a balcony. Just build one, add a nice railing, and decorate it as you like.
