It would save time and energy of knocking down a house before building another. I have sold a lot of half done houses because of this.

I can't wait for this one! Sandbox mode is fun but there is more challenge to building a house using the money you made on other jobs and sales. It is also more rewarding to sell a house you built in story mode.

Jay: There are no mods on the playstation. I am aware of "sandbox mode." That is not what I want. I don't really like sandbox mode, I want more like this. Which I created from the "Formerly houseboat ".

Spirited Treasure the mods on mod.io are other players houses. We're using mod.io specifically so players on all platforms can access them. See here https://mod.io/g/hf2
To play a house from other players like you would in Story Mode, go to Sandbox Mode, find the house and choose "Play"

Spirited Treasure: you can! Turn on "Mods" in the Settings tab and then go to Sandbox mode.

KIKI I might be over concerned but please please, let us purchase empty property unlimitedly. It would be frustrated if I have to sell my current house to build the next one.

KIKI Please please! I went and accidentally broke my game trying to "hack" it moving my house from story mode to sandbox to make the plot bigger and then move it back. I just want to build from scratch on a nice big empty plot using money i earned from other jobs. I was so excited it was going to work now i've corrupted my save file! : (

Phillip Tatarczuk I lost 200,000 doing this. The messes don't disappear from the file when cleaned, they just hide.
