Wendy Winchester the problem with that and why i agree with op is that you cant sell it, it isnt added to your gallery. In sandbox it simply exists, whereas in story mode you're still in the game using the funds you've aquired and at the end youre seeing which buyers are interested in what you've built. Some empty or "nearly empty"(like the mostly a garden plot from hf1) would be awesome
