I would love a bit of variety with some niche-style houses to flip, that you don't necessarily see regularly in modern architecture. We already have a couple, like the barn renovation, but I think there could be more. Things like:
  • A true tiny home
  • An RV
  • A shipping container-turned-home
  • An old train-turned-home
  • Double-decker bus-turned-home (Schoolie Life)
  • Treehouse
  • Houseboat
  • Old NYC row housing (where the rooms are in-line with each other)
  • Studio Apartment
  • One-room Schoolhouse (converted to a home)
If anyone has other ideas for niche homes, stick them in the comments. Maybe we can give the team at HF2 some good ideas. 🙂
