Slanted and round walls, custom windows and placement

I want to have the ability to make walls at any angle for things like bay windows! I also want to be able to make towers and cupolas with windows to match! I'd also like it if we could resize any window and put them at any angle on any axis.

I like this idea and i would expand to iclude gully adjustable curtains aswell which is still a problem not sorted
