Hi everyone!
We're finalising the modding tool that will allow you to use your own materials, textures and patterns on walls and... Yes, yes, on the items too.
It still needs some time to shine, but we're one step closer. At the same time, we're working on the other mods, but this is something for another update.
Stay tuned, Flippers, and be sure to check out Scooby-Doo DLC, there isn't a better moment than right at Halloween itself 😄

Customized wallpapers with our own designs. The posters do not quote allow for a wall to be entirely covered.

yeah i mean with image importing already written havin it be able to apply to everything feels like a no brainer. why limit the players arbitrarily. let them import custom wallpapers, tiles, wood textures, skyboxes, carpets, ect. like if your not going to do proper steam workhop support stuff like this goes a long long way and i see no reason to not allow the player to have fun doing this

I would love to have new wallpapers and be able to customize it our self and the designs. It getting boring with the same stuff.

Ability to make our own patterns for items

Have a UI to make your own patterns for items like furniture, carpets, wallpaper etc.
We could use basic shapes and in-game assets and have the patterns stored locally. It would mean we can have more personalised houses.
More colour variety too with a RGB colour wheel would be nice for these custom patterns.

We already have custom images but it would be great if there was a single blank wallpaper with the same option to draw in those same custom images we upload. I can kind of make it work in sandbox mode with picture frames but its not ideal, especially if theres a door.
