DLC item packs

I think it would be cool if there were item DLC packs that were just like.. '100 hobby/craft items' or '100 compact living items' and then just cost a couple of euro/dollar. I bet I would end up buying a bunch of them, and it would be fun to have those kind of mini additions in between large DLC updates

I like this idea, except that the way they designed DLC to work in HF2 makes this kind of impractical at scale due to sharing limitations.
Based on my understanding, if you create community content with a DLC that someone else doesn't own, the assets from that DLC aren't available to them when they download your house and open it. Frozen District would need to change the way that works for packs of workshop-style assets, otherwise the user experience with mod.io could deteriorate rather quickly.
I fear things may ultimately end that way anyway, as the years pass and new DLC are created and released but not everyone buys all of them. What assets you can see in any community content you download will be based on how aligned your DLC purchases are with the creator's. This may end up selling more DLC, but it will more likely result in negative user experiences that compound over time.

This is a brilliant idea! Seeing as they’re not going to be giving us workshop access anytime soon (and no, I don’t count being able to upload any random pattern into our furniture as workshop access!) we need more items!!!

Yes perfect. Im not into jobs so would love this idea. Whilst i appreciated the DLC coming, personally the Sakura isnt for me style wise.
I wouldnt mind seeing some form of sponsership like House Flipper 2: Ikea Pack or Gucci Living if you get me.

I would buy those!

Something like this would be nice maybe style packs, where it follows a set of styled furniture that all matches with wall and flooring to match the style, doors, trim etc.
