Expanded Architectural Trim & Details (Interior + Exterior)
Suzie Thomas
I'd love to see more architectural trim and structural detail options added to House Flipper 2 to give builds more depth, style, and realism.
Right now, builds can look great in layout and furniture, but they often lack the finishing architectural layers that define a building style.
Suggested additions:
Exterior architectural elements
* Roof gables for balconies, porches, and roof extensions
* Decorative fascia and soffits
* Cornice styles (modern, classic, ornate)
* Corner trim styles for walls (modern metal, wood beam, stone, stucco)
* Base/Foundation trims for where walls meet ground
* Window and door framing variations (modern, Tudor, industrial, farmhouse)
* Balcony support structures (brackets, beams, posts)
Interior trim systems
* more Baseboards in multiple styles (minimal, tall classic, ornate)
* more Crown molding options
* more Wall paneling styles (modern flat, wainscoting, Tudor framing, industrial concrete edge trims)
* Ceiling edge trims and beam transitions
* Corner finishing pieces to clean up wall joins
Style-defining architectural packs
* Tudor/English countryside framing elements
* Modern minimalist trim set (clean edges, hidden joins)
* Cottage/cozy trim set (soft edges, warm wood detailing)
These kinds of elements would dramatically improve build polish and allow players to define architectural styles more clearly without needing mods or workaround building tricks.
It would especially help builders who focus on themed builds, neighborhoods, and detailed exterior design.

Yes! All of this. When I make a building in Old Pinnacove or Akamatsu Valley I'm envious of the other houses, the ones that serve as a scenery. They have trims, windows/doors framings, balustrades, roof finishes we players don't have even in sandbox mode
