Sliding doors that aren't barn-hung! I'm not sure if that's what pocket doors are, but doors that slide into the cavity of the wall. Awesome for space saving and things like closets. Also +1 to mirrored versions, and may I suggest more solid timber doors with decorative panelling (that don't have glass panels) for pretty interiors.

23 new doors have been added with the Summer update. We are also looking into other types and styles of doors, like bifold or pocket doors for the future ;)
Please make additional canny posts for particular door styles you wish for the most!

Jay this is awesome, thank you and i do look forward to both bifold and pocket doors in the future.
Is it possible to add book cases/shelves that match the bookcase doors?

Jay - Hey mate, please take on board my absolute delight with the latest update and thank you all for the hard work. I can't read down these threads with constant negative comments and not leave a nice one, especially with the size of this latest summer update! Thanks so much, wonderful game one of my absolute favourites. :)

Again, another one of the problems that screams "cash-grab" why the hell did they make a second game if it's not got the content of a second game?
Currently the game is at a stage where it shouldn't even be sold, it's not ready for the public in any capacity. It's got less features, it's got less jobs, less story, less assets, there is nothing that brings this game forward other than graphics.
The fact that House Flipper 1 feels like the second game when you compare them side by side, proves that point. They saw a successful game, and wanted to profit more from it.
It's like a slap in the face. Not to mention they fail to communicate with us like human beings, just be normal. All this copy-paste professional lingo shit is a stupid standard.

Light I think you are being a bit too harsh. HF2 is not the same game as HF1 by any means, its a whole new game and being such it will take time to build by adding DLCs. First they have to iron out all the bugs and issues people are reporting still. Many people expected this to be HF1 version 2 with all the bells and whistles when this is not even the same team that made HF1, so we cant expect it to have the same things. This team is a new team and they may do things differently. I have to say that I am getting bored with the same decor over and over, all the houses begin to look the same, but we have to be patient, no matter how hard it can be to allow them to grow the right way. I describe HF1 as a basic building at best and mostly designing game, with cute DLCs that took years to come up with to get it where it is today. HF2 is more into building and allowing you to design your own homes and step outside the box more than HF1 does. I think the games are very different from each other with one thing that is the same ..... the interior design aspect. HF2 allows us more freedom to create and indulge our inner engineer and designer, It allows us to be much more creative. I love both games but for different reasons and play both still as well. I think HF2 will get there if we allow them the same amount of time to create the same amount of things as the team from HF1 had. Its hard to have patience if you think as you do , that the game is just an expansion of HF1 as it is not that at all. Please be patient and allow the game to grow , just like HF1 did, it didnt happen over night....it took years. HF2 will get there as well.

Light - I am really glad i do not feel the same way about HF2, its such a wonderful advancement. Story i give less than two hoots about, it's a decorating, building and flipping for profit game.
A few weeks ago I had a semi-brief but delightful chat with a member of their team ( Hullo R. you know who you are! ;) ) and they certainly communicated with me like a human being would, with the exception that there was no cursing, abuse or overexaggerating.

Il manque vraiment des styles de portes et fenêtres, essayez de créer une maison Marocaine ou Japonaise traditionnelle etc. même les meubles proposés sont trop limités, les modifier c'est bien, mais on tourne en rond assez vite.
