While the existing railings are useful for classic and modern builds, we still need ones that would fit different styles of homes. One of the most common in older homes in the US would be the neoclassical style, where the spindles look like vases. I think the common older European style would be like an ion one, similar to the new fences but as a railing.

Also having matching stair rails would be appreciated too.
