I would like to see a cat tree and other pet items such as beds and bowls added to the game.

Potentially DLC with pets like HF , but also would love to see custom dog baths (modifiable sinks/baths/faucets) and built in/recessed/wall mount dog bowls like new posh house builds have.

I'm not to bothered about the pets themselves (as much I love my pets IRL I find them too tedious in games and just get in the way) but the items for them would be great for story telling, you know pet beds, cages, food, bowls, toys and other items like brushes, leads and shampoo etc

Various types and sizes of pet beds that can be used for dogs and cats would be amazing!

Hamster/gerbil/rat/mouse cages. Rabbit hutch. Aquariums. Terrariums. Cat trees/towers. Pet toys. Pet dishes. Dog leashes that hang on the hooks and coat racks!
