Allow some lights' direction to be adjusted more precisely

Particularly studio-style lights, though the rotation can be adjusted there's no way to adjust the angle of the light for example when making theatrical stages (as I am).
A solution could be to use gun sight mechanics common in video games, where the player enters a precision angling mode looking through the light and can then adjust where the light points to an extent (within the range of the lamp). Similar to the 'look through camera' option in 3D software like Blender and Autodesk Maya.

That would be great, but since they still haven't fixed the issue with lights showing through solid walls I wouldn't expect anything more advanced involving light beam directions.
