Mechanics & gameplay features

I am working on a project to recreate a hotel; for example, I would like the following items for that: such as: -round beds -round bathtubs -more different types of mini fridges -a keycard system to open doors (this could be a large project, so I understand if that might not be possible) -more signs with texts like: -staff -management -HR -guest service & support -vendor management -employee only -security more types of tables -such as for dinner -or tables for breakfast -tables where you can display things -bread and fruit, cookies, eggs, salads, meat and fish, -more types of coffee machines, doors where you can put room numbers, is there also perhaps a possibility to see if you can build elevators? This would also fall under a longer-term project, which I fully understand. but I would really appreciate that that’s all for now (: really what you guys have all accomplished now, chapeau you can be proud of each other, House Flipper 2 remains one of my all-time favorites. And I hope there will be many more cool updates in the future.

Some options to either chane the glass in windows to be textured or obscured(if it could reflect sun light rays to be rainbow that would be amazing but I doubt thats doable with the engine) or to tint it. Stained glass options would also be amazing, maybe some simple geometic patters that can later have different kinds added.

I would love to be able to have a tab in the custom jobs/builds sandbox mode area that shows our favorite creators! It'd be cool to be able to quickly see if someone uploaded something new.

As it is currently if you have lights on in a room, the adjacent room will be lit up aswell

Do you ever plan to operate like the developers of Hytale? They continue to develop their game with numerous updates to expand it, and they allow their community to create a multitude of mods to enhance it as much as possible. With House Flipper, there are countless things to add in terms of objects, gameplay, possibilities, and features. You can't do everything. Give us your creation tools, like with Hytale. Open it up completely, accept mods like with The Sims, and your games will explode in sales. A game like the House Flipper franchise deserves to be as open as possible to the community. And of course, that doesn't preclude releasing paid DLC. Can you imagine everything we could have in the game, between you developers with your updates and DLC, plus everything the community could create? It would be the perfect dream! We're all here with tons of suggestions and ideas. You're not robots; you can't please everyone. But imagine if we had the same tools as you? House Flipper would become huge!

That one set of modern curtains really doesn’t work with some of the other decorative styles, and there’s only one blind type currently, which isn’t even the type of blind used on the “blinds” symbol in the game

I have come across a slight difficulty. I have dedicated palettes for different aesthetics, rooms and styles. It is however a bit difficult to navigate when there are so many similar tonal values in colour theory that matter when pairing them with complementary colours and can become difficult to distinguish which complimentary counterparts belong together. Being able to sort the custom colours into dedicated palettes in the Change Style menu, that we can also name, would be a very helpful tool!

I would like to suggest adding an option in the settings to display prices in various local currencies, similar to the feature that was available in House Flipper 1. It would be great if players could choose to view prices in their own country's currency.

I'd like to see the time limits go completely. It's good enough that we manage to assemble an object at a certain quality level. Why the rush? There are other games for people interested in rushing everything. Not to mention the sickness of real life, which is all about rushing. This is not that type of game, and we really don't need it.
