I would love to have sandbox tools available in Story Mode. Even if it is a setting that can be turned off. Also have the cost of the materials deducted. Also, I would love a way to sell sandbox houses.

Do you ever plan to operate like the developers of Hytale? They continue to develop their game with numerous updates to expand it, and they allow their community to create a multitude of mods to enhance it as much as possible. With House Flipper, there are countless things to add in terms of objects, gameplay, possibilities, and features. You can't do everything. Give us your creation tools, like with Hytale. Open it up completely, accept mods like with The Sims, and your games will explode in sales. A game like the House Flipper franchise deserves to be as open as possible to the community. And of course, that doesn't preclude releasing paid DLC. Can you imagine everything we could have in the game, between you developers with your updates and DLC, plus everything the community could create? It would be the perfect dream! We're all here with tons of suggestions and ideas. You're not robots; you can't please everyone. But imagine if we had the same tools as you? House Flipper would become huge!

I have come across a slight difficulty. I have dedicated palettes for different aesthetics, rooms and styles. It is however a bit difficult to navigate when there are so many similar tonal values in colour theory that matter when pairing them with complementary colours and can become difficult to distinguish which complimentary counterparts belong together. Being able to sort the custom colours into dedicated palettes in the Change Style menu, that we can also name, would be a very helpful tool!

The roof function in HF1 was a bit clunky, but at least it was easy to put ON the house. No flying needed. A 'magic', resizable roof like HF1 would be handy, or, make it more complex where we place and resize trusses for a roof to form.

To resize anything to any size you want (normal size bed? How about now it is a doll bed!). That would be amazing to do for certain building bits as a lot of the amazing looking furniture just don't fit correctly in blueprints created on the game to match reality. Then I am stuck creating my own furniture from scratch that can't be functional other than look nice (but can't be used).

I'd like to see the time limits go completely. It's good enough that we manage to assemble an object at a certain quality level. Why the rush? There are other games for people interested in rushing everything. Not to mention the sickness of real life, which is all about rushing. This is not that type of game, and we really don't need it.

As it is currently if you have lights on in a room, the adjacent room will be lit up aswell

Hi, I'm from Germany and have Asperger's syndrome (59), so please excuse me if I can't express myself as well as other people; I'm trying my best! I love all the House Flipper games and have bought them all. I really love these games. ------I have just one request, because it helps me a lot with precisely placing objects. I'd like something like the in-game display in House Flipper 1, like the one in the first game. (See screenshot.) It's incredibly helpful, and I could hardly do without it. I can't wait to buy the remastered version of HF1 and everything new in House Flipper 2. Thank you for these wonderful games! I love them so much! Kind regards, much love, and thank you!

Make it so we're able to change the colour/material on each side of doors/windows, i.e. the exterior side and interior side. Right now we're forced to have the entire door/window in one colour, which is very unrealistic and inconvenient.
