Consistent color palette options for paint/other items

It's really hard to match paint to wallpapers because you don't have the full list of colors for drab, faded. rich, pure. Can we just have black and white paint and then 4 buckets for the other palette and see the full spectra available to us?

The Custom color paint can has all the color tabs as well as custom colors ^^
