There are some items that are clipped through the ground that if you accidentally sell, you cannot replace (even through duplication) because the item was placed by the devs. It would be really nice if there was either a console command to allow clipping through the ground, or some other setting that I could toggle to allow me to fix or undo when I accidentally remove an item that is placed in a normally unavailable spot.

For example, when I purchased the Seaside Cottage, I accidentally deleted one of the little fence things that are under the deck, and now I can't put it back :(
