Feedback from Buyers while putting a house on auction

I kindly disagree. I feel the buyer feedback in HF1 is super frustrating, seems to cause glitches, and is very unrealistic. It also forces me to flip homes in a way that satisfied their ridiculous comments, rather than adding value to the property as you would in real life.
Houses flipped in real life are designed and staged to fit neighborhood trends - and the sale price of the home is based on size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, other in-demand rooms (like laundry, bonus, etc.), and adding value into the home, and comps (prices of similar houses for sale/sold in the same locality).
Although I agree having feedback while putting a house on auction is much better than having the onscreen buyers commenting while flipping - my fear is that just having the feedback mechanism to the game will impact it in a negative and unrealistic way, just as it did in HF1. Even if it is toggled off - it could still have the impact whether you see it or not.
My perspective is that it would be more realistic adding some neighborhood trends and comps to determine design and pricing. Nothing too impactful (because I don't want to be forced against using certain items that look really nice but aren't labeled a certain way in the game) - but it would at least give gamers who want a guide something to go by.
Perhaps have neighborhood trends impact 10% of the offers you receive at auction, and comps impact 20% - or something along those lines ...
The game could also use the book of buyers and add an option in the story mode to click on a buyer and find or flip a house for a particular buyer. That way, players are satisfying that desire and it is much more realistic, and won't impact all houses we flip.
Otherwise, having crazy buyer feedback - especially based on silly things like in HF1, such as number plants and rugs, and whether a TV is in a bedroom, or feedback that leads to specific furniture to satisfy 'room requirements' (like specific leather couches that must be in the 'man cave') would cause a major negative experience.
(With all this said I'm thinking maybe I should just create my own thread for this lol)

The fact they didn't put their signature feature into the game (and the missing carpets, blinds, decorations, functional objects, and much more) makes me think they really really didn't plan well, or something happened along the way that ruined their plan.
I mean that's fine, but I don't get how things released to the public in such a poor state. My guess is it was either: Take the public critiques or run out of money.
Either way, I really hope things improve. The game feels so devoid and shallow right now like I'm in a liminal space all the time. It'd be nice for some noise and life. Also, player mods. It's still not marked as planned. It's gonna happen even if the players have to do it themselves :D

This is what I came here to say. I miss the 'panel of judges' whenever I place an item. When playing hf1, I would design a house based on who I wanted to buy it. It's a little harder to do that with hs2 since we are lacking that instant feedback.

I would love to get feedback as I build the house from potential buyers. It is one of my favourite mechanics from the original game.

I LOVED WHEN THE POTENTIAL BUYERS GAVE DOWNVOTES OR UPVOTES WHEN I DID THINGS! PLEASE ADD IT BACK

I feel confused. Isn’t personalised buyers Frozen District’s signature feature? The tenants does it so good to? Was looking forward to selling and getting to know them :(
PS. Was happy though I didn’t get comments WHILE flipping. Would’ve been REALLY COOL though if we could call up buyers to profile them a bit.

If this is implemented I only ask for 1 of 2 things: Way more buyers or the ability to turn this off. There weren't a lot of buyers in the 1st game and so many wanted very specific looks and/or rooms. Like, a ton wanted saunas, but that's not what I want to build every time. Making a house for them once was fine, but then after each achievement I was annoyed no one really cared about the house

Please add this to house flipper 2
