Floor Plan In Tablet Tool

I would love to see a Floor Plan as an option to click on and view within the tablet tool.
I'm posting this separately, as others have commented that they're looking for a mini map or a drafter/planner of sorts - which I don't feel I need or want.
To avoid 'spoilers', the floor plan could appear/complete as you walk through the home and discover the rooms. That way, for example, a 'secrete room' wouldn't show on the floor plan until you're standing inside it, and you would get to walk through the home and experience it before seeing the floor plan.
I would love to see three toggle buttons/view options for the floor plan: one that displays the original floor plan of the house; a second that displays the original floor plan faded-out and with the changes I have made displaying more prominently; and a third that displays the floor plan only as it is currently (including the changes I have made).
I'm not asking for a specific drafter/planner (something I would 'draw' walls in), as a floor plan itself and other features for the game are more important to me, such as more furniture and items in general, and more size customization and the ability to manipulate and freely move more items.

OMG I love this! I love the idea of going into the tablet mode to see the layout, but also have it so you have to fully explore the area to see the entire layout. It's like in House Flipper 1 with the minimap, it showed right where hidden rooms were. The idea of having hidden rooms but not being able to actually see them on a map or minimap makes it feel so much more realistic! Especially with older homes that the layouts don't make sense and hidden rooms get discovered accidentally while fully renovating them.
As for the drafter/planner, that is a brilliant idea! The amount of times I have tried building something in both games only to realize the layout didn't work with my plan or start it and not know how to finish it is so much. For House Flipper 1, there are floor plans of many of the homes online so that people can work with them and figure out how to actually renovate it, so having it directly in game would be so beneficial! Not only that, but also being able to compare the layout before renovation and after would make a HUGE difference. If you made substantial changes to the layout, you could show off how much you renovated it (the floor plan) without the need for an insanely large amount of photos to emphasize the new layout.
All of these are amazing ideas and love the idea overall of a map that can be accessed in the tablet and not a minimap. Hope that they can be added to the game!
