Ohhhh, being able to build on a lake front would be really cool. That's what's common where I live in the Adirondacks--we have lakes, and people pay premium dollars for those houses. Usually the lake is actually across the road, and each house has rights to some lake front property, and they put a dock out. Some are actually lucky enough to be right on the lake though (for even more money). It'd be cool to see such a thing in game, and hey, if we had the lake (and dock) right there we could maybe add in items like canoes, kayaks, boat holders, rope "swings" (it's a string of rope with a knot at the end in a tree to swing into the lake with), fishing rods (and holders), tackle and tackle boxes, those folding lawn chairs that are criss-cross woven, paddle boards, and more to go with it. <3
