It was super helpful in HF1. Flipper sense is fine, but on minimap another we could see another rooms to take care of

We need the map that was at the top of the screen in hf1 to come back, because it’s hard finding dirt and stuff now.

Definitely! I feel like flipper sense really fails a lot. Especially in bright places!!!

….I’m also very prone to getting lost even in the smallest of houses LOL.

I like map in HF, in HF2 I had to press Q way to often to be sure the dirt was gone, map is less stressful and more straightforward.

flipper sense with the minimap was kind of an issue for me, because when cleaning i would exclusively look at the minimap and it was more effective but less fun. maybe show a map on pause?

Blargensnorf: I think a off/on button for the map would be really nice. I also think that a minimap would be superfluous.

I pressed M, it appeared, pressed it again, it disappeared.

Blargensnorf: Imo a minimap for dirt etc isnt needed at all, what I want the minimap for is to see where there is a room with work still needed. It could just be a floorplan with the yellow ! circle in the rooms where there are still tasks.

That way, it won't "replace" flipper sense or anything like that. And yeah, a toggle would be good. Or maybe just show it in the quest menu

Right now I have to run around like a headless chicken trying to find where I still have things to do in a Job, even just a static floorplan image in the quest tab where the ! disappears once a room is complete is good enough for me.

I really like flipper sense! I do miss seeing any kind of top-down layout for houses, though. It's very odd in a house game to not see that.

The mini-map was also helpful in laying out the rooms in a house. You could see the approximate size and shape of the room. I used it constantly and really miss it.
