I agree 100% if house flipper 1 had that option to have 2 of us building and sharing the work and ideas i would still be playing it,
I hope when house flipper 2 is released on ps5 that option becomes avalible as being able to build a house from scratch ino me and my brother both builders would spend hours on end discussing and building together!!!

Would like to hope for 2-player sandbox option. Although I know we can build a house for our friends to decorate, it’s not the same as cooperation in building and decorating together without the frustration of saying “over there. No behind you, to the left. THE OTHER LEFT! Goddam discord delay!! Okay stop, turn right. Your OTHER RIGHT 😩”.
It would make it a great balance that puts 2 people’s skills and interest into one build.

This is one of those things I thought warranted the sequel and I'm surprised didn't make it in... especially when competing games like Powerwash Simulator have this with crossplay. It more than makes sense, it feels required (and honestly should have been in right from the beginning).
