I hope there will be a way to connect with other players that you don't know. My current connections have no interest in House Flipper 2 right now. Multiplayer sounds interesting but I don't have anyone to play with if it's unlocked with a room number.

Id like to have split screen dont know how it would work or 2 people on one console and tv would be nice when i have friends over. Its dumb to have to get 2 systems to be able to play together.

Been playing the co-op testing quite a bit with a friend, and it's honestly much more fun than expected. I've been teaching him about functions he had no clues about, giving each other inputs (EX: Which color paint? Does this furniture fit in, anything to be added? How should we make a display window? Maybe expand and make a gym?) and mixing styles together.
I've also come up with fun ideas to challenge ourselves with this co-op mode, that others might also enjoy:
- Start in separate rooms with timers, switching rooms and only allowing adding on to what the other did. (If the other person colored the room blue, you can't paint it green. But you can add paneling, for example. Just try not to end up with 4 kitchens...)
- Tiny house challenge (Making the best use of small spaces)
- Budget challenge (Bit hard to keep track of, though)
- Style challenges (As someone who tends to stick to a more modern feel, this is a nice change of pace sometimes! It actually made me quite nostalgic, as we tried to renovate a house with the vibe of "Grandmas house").
All in all, even though it wasn't something I initially felt I wanted in the game, I am very happy that it is being added.

This is something me and my best friend thought would come with HF2 originally as it could be a lot of fun tackling bigger spaces with friends.

I don’t want this. But I’m for it as an option for others.

I hope people still want multiplayer for the game I feel like it would add so much more fun and make me want to play again

Jumping into this to hopefully get more attention, it's definitely not an unpopular idea but I'm sad that the most popular coop suggestion is under 300 votes. When my friend and I heard they were going to be making a House Flipper 2 we pretty much just took it as fact that it'd have some form of cooperative house flipping, as I believe the devs previously said it wasn't in the cards for House Flipper 1. I'd be shocked if adding multiplayer didn't do anything but make House Flipper 2 a more fun and compelling experience and I don't have to think about what it'd do for it's popularity, there's already been huge streaming numbers for this game if you allow people to play it together it'll just get even more people's eyes on it so many streamers would play it together

This would be a really neat addition to the game and would help with re-playability. Lord knows once you play it once, there isn't much appeal to starting over again - in my book at least.
