Ok so first I want to apologize if this was already suggested but I have seen a lot of videos where people convert old factories into apartment complexes or build them from scratch. So I was thinking it would be neat if you had the option to either sell the whole lot once done or you could sell individual apartments on that lot. Same for if your buying a place to fix it up. You can either buy the whole complex or a specific apartment in it.
