A property with snowy surroundings, the ability to paint the ground with snow, and the ability to add snow to roofs would be awesome.

It occurs to me that there are zero snowy areas in the game. There were in-house flipper one. I would love to see some snowy areas. I lived in Denver five years I would just love to see it.
