A Victorian House that you have to renovate and make look pretty

A fountain without water is just an empty pipe. Water features NEED water!

Not a large priority but this was a fun part of House Flipper 1. Let the team be creative on this front for new houses.

There are many things about this museum in the game, it would be great to rennovate it. It colud be expansion of the area or moving to a new building or new exhibition or maybe a disaster

Like in HF1 we had a castle, a spaceship, a treehouse etc. I would like some more variety in HF2 as well besides more normal homes.

I would love just more jobs in general, I saw someone suggest procedurally generated jobs which I love. I like to have at least a little guidance when doing jobs.

It hurt my heart to tear up that museum. Can we please have a new museum job where we create a museum instead of destroying one?

Be nice to have braziers/fire pit options for yards.

Would be nice to see the ability to change the depth of the ground. I’d like to be able to stuff a connex in the ground and build a bug out room with a tunnel going to it, or a surface level door for access. Would like to have the option for guns, gun safes, weapon boards, etc.

I really enjoyed the Christmas and de los muertos jobs in the first house flipper. I would love more holiday related jobs!
